Kinezio – fit vadba je vadba, ki je zasnovana na osnovah kineziologije, vede o pravilnem načinu gibanja.
Grška beseda ” kinesis” pomeni gibanje.
Vadba kinezio-fit vsebuje ogrevalni del, kjer se ogrejemo z določenim zaporedjem vaj osnovnih gibalnih vzorcev (počep,
predklon, izpadni korak, poteg, potisk, nošenje bremena (dodane lažje ali težje uteži).
V drugem delu se bomo posvetili sklopu krepilnih in razteznih vaj, ki se izvajajo v posebnem zaporedju mišic, ki nam omogoča najbolj optimalen pretok življenjske energije in s tem ponovno revitalizira naš organizem, ponovno vrača gibljivost, moč, stabilnost in mobilnost sklepov ter hrbtenice, mišično-skeletno ravnovesje, nas uči pravilnega dihanja, ter pripomore k dobremu počutju ter vitalnosti.
Vadba kinezio-fit nas ponovno uči pravilnega zavestnega gibanja in s tem stremi k ravnovesju različnih telesnih sistemov ter s tem odpravlja bolečine v sklepih in hrbtenici.

The kinesio-fit training contains a warm-up part, where we warm up with a certain sequence of exercises of basic movement patterns (squat,
forward bend, lunge, pull, push, load bearing (lighter or heavier weights added).
In the second part, we will focus on a set of strengthening and stretching exercises, which are performed in a special sequence of muscles, which allows us the most optimal flow of life energy and thus revitalizes our organism, restores mobility, strength, stability and mobility of the joints and spine, muscle -skeletal balance, teaches us to breathe correctly, and contributes to well-being and vitality.
The kinesio-fit training teaches us correct conscious movement again and thus strives for the balance of various body systems and thus eliminates pain in the joints and spine.
