Bike je kardiovaskularni trening, ki imitira kolesarjenje. Inštruktor vadeče v cca 50 minutah popelje preko različnih terenov. Od ravninskega hitrega dela, do visokih počasnih klancev.
Vadbo priporočamo tako čistim začetnikom kot vrhunskim športnikom, saj si lahko vsak sam prilagaja težavnostno stopnjo.
Na vadbi so zaželene kolesarske hlačke (zaradi udobja), niso pa nujne. Večina koles je opremljena z SPD sistemom za kolesarske čevlje.

Bike is a cardiovascular workout that mimics cycling. The instructor will spend about 50 minutes guiding you across carious terrains, from flat areas to more slow-paced hillsides.
We recommend this workout to complete beginners as well as professional athletes, as it allows for adjusting the difficulty level.
You are advised to wear cycling short during the class for your own comfort, but they are not obligatory. Most of the bikes are equipped with an SPD system for cycling shoes.
