Vadba, namenjena bodočim mamicam, ki želijo aktivno preživeti nosečnost in si z njeno pomočjo izboljšati počutje in zdravje.

Prilagojena je potrebam nosečnic, vodijo pa jo strokovno usposobljeni inštruktorji. Dokazano je, da zmerna telesna aktivnost v nosečnosti ugodno vpliva na zdravje nosečnice in ploda in je odlična priprava na porod, saj preprečuje in zmanjšuje nevšečnosti, ki lahko nastanejo v tem obdobju.

Z redno vadbo nadzorujemo naraščanje telesne teže, zmanjšujemo težave kot so npr. bolečine v sp. delu hrbtenice in medenici, krčne žile, krči v nogah, otekanje, nespečnost, dalje razvijamo zdrav življenjski slog, pozitiven odnos do telesa izboljšujemo tel. držo, ravnotežje in koordinacijo, znižujemo krvni tlak in izboljšamo krvni obtok, boljša rast plodu in nevrološki razvoj otroka, manjše težave med porodom in hitrejše okrevanje po njem.

It has been proven that moderate physical activity during the pregnancy benefits both the mother and the fetus, and is an excellent way of preparing for childbirth, seeing as it lessens the effects of certain inconveniences that may arise during this time.

By exercising regularly, we control weight gain and reduce the frequency of issues like lower back and pelvic pain, varicose veins, leg cramps, swelling and insomnia. Furthermore, a positive attitude towards the body improves our posture, balance and coordination, lowers blood pressure and improves blood circulation. It goes without saying that it also improves the growth of the fetus and the child’s neurological development, lessens the chance of possible complications during childbirth and enables a faster recovery afterwards.
