The exercises are generally performed slowly and incorporates breathing according to the principles of Pilates. They emphasize well-being and positive energy and are adaptable to the individual to fit their capabilities. Every exercise has a purpose and if it turns out it is not suitable for your body, there are always other exercises, stretching or conscious movement that at least relax the individual and guide them through breathing patterns, making them aware of their own body and its workings.
