ZLATA LETA je nizko do srednje intenziven program namenjen vsem, ki si želijo postati in ostati fit, aktivno sodelovati v vsakdanjih aktivnostih ter kvalitetno preživljati prosti čas v zrelih letih.

Posamezne vadbene ure so namenjene doseganju različnih ciljev: povečanje aerobne sposobnosti in trening srčnožilnega sistema, povečanje moči mišic in preprečevanje osteoporoze, trening koordinacije in preprečevanje demence, trening gibljivosti in mobilizacije, vadba proti bolečinam v križu in trening mišic medeničnega dne, trening ravnotežja in stabilnosti…

Vadba se izvaja ob uporabi različnih pripomočkov (uteži, trakovi, elastike, male in velike žoge, stepi….) in v različnih oblikah – neprekinjena aerobna vadba, intervalni trening, obhodna vadba itd. Primerna je različnim stopnjam treniranosti, saj se znotraj vadbene enote vaje prilagajajo posamezniku.

In kar je najboljše: po končani vadbi si lahko, če vam ostane kaj časa, v dobri družbi privoščite kavo v Sunny loung-u 🙂

This program is a low to medium intensity program intended for those who wish to get and stay in shape, actively participate in everyday activities and live a quality life in their mature years.

Individual sessions are designed to achieve various goals: increasing the aerobic capacity and strengthen the cardiovascular system, increasing muscle strength and preventing osteoporosis, coordination training and dementia prevention, flexibility and mobilization training, exercises for reducing lower back pains and strengthening pelvic floor muscles, balance and stability exercises etc.

The workout utilizes various pieces of equipment (weights, straps, elastic bands, small and large balls, steps, etc.) and takes very different forms – continuous aerobic exercise, interval training, station workouts, etc. It is suitable for mixed-proficiency groups as individual exercises are adapted for differences in physical shape.

And best of all: if you feel like it, you can enjoy some good company and treat yourself to a coffee at the Sunny lounge.
