WORKOUTS FOR SENIORS
A professionally guided group exercise that develops and maintains the most important motor skills through exercises for strength, balance, mobility, proprioception, coordination, endurance and pelvic floor muscles. Because the exercises are carried out using your own body weight and smaller props (ball, weights, stick, elastic band, etc.), it is also suitable for those in weaker shape and overweight individuals.
This program is a low to medium intensity program intended for those who wish to get and stay in shape, actively participate in everyday activities and live a quality life in their mature years. Individual sessions are designed to achieve various goals: increasing the aerobic capacity and strengthen the cardiovascular system, increasing muscle strength and preventing osteoporosis, coordination training and dementia prevention, flexibility and mobilization training, exercises for reducing lower back pains and strengthening pelvic floor muscles, balance and stability exercises etc.
GOLDEN GIRLS – PILATES
Exercises are generally performed slowly and incorporates breathing according to the principles of Pilates. It emphasizes well-being and positive energy. Attending the Golden Girls session often becomes a fun event before or after the workout itself. What could be more beautiful than to top physical activity with pleasant socializing over coffee or Sunny Detox drinks?
